Problem-based learning

Problem-based learning is a student-centered approach to learning in which students learn about a subject by solving an open-ended issue in groups. This issue is at the root of motivation and learning. It  can be incorporated into any learning situation. this approach is used over the entire semester as the primary method of teaching. However, broader definitions and uses range from including Problem based learning in lab and design classes, to using it simply to start a single discussion. This can also be used to create assessment items. The main thread connecting these various uses is the real-world problem.

MULTIPLE INTERACTIVE LEARNING ALGORITHM (MILA)

The MILA was formulated as an active learning system as the conventional methods had failed to reach the student of today. The technological gadgets that are a successful source of distraction among the students are exploited as learning adjuncts with the teacher only being a facilitator. The system capitalises the growing attention of todays generation towards electronic media as a interactive learning medium.
